Regenerative Skin Therapies

Using your own biology to restore volume, refine scars, and renew skin.

Your own biology, for natural volume and renewed skin

Some of the most powerful tools in aesthetics come from your own body. Using your own fat and blood, regenerative therapies restore natural volume, improve the appearance of scars, and renew the quality of the skin. Because the material is your own, the result is among the most natural of any treatment, and long lasting.

As a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Husain uses these treatments for both their aesthetic and their reconstructive value, restoring volume, softening scars, and refreshing the skin, and combines them where doing

These treatments share one idea: using your own tissue to restore, repair, and renew. Dr. Husain selects and combines them based on what you need:

Microfat (facial fat grafting) Your own fat, harvested and refined, then placed to restore natural, lasting volume, to the cheeks, temples, lips, hollows under the eyes, and the hands. Because it is your own living tissue, it looks and feels natural and can last for years, without the routine upkeep of filler.

Nanofat The same fat, processed more finely so that it no longer adds volume but delivers the regenerative cells within it. Nanofat is used to improve skin quality, soften fine lines, brighten under-eye darkness, and refine scars.

RP and PRF Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin are prepared from a small sample of your own blood, concentrating the growth factors that drive healing. They improve skin texture and radiance and are especially useful in treating scars.

Skin boosters Fine injections that deeply hydrate the skin and stimulate its own renewal, improving smoothness, glow, and quality across the face, neck, and hands.

The same biology also supports hair: PRP and nanofat injected into the scalp can stimulate thinning hair, often used together for early to moderate loss. These treatments are frequently combined, microfat to restore volume, nanofat and PRP to improve the skin or strengthen the hair, for a result greater than any one alone. Every plan is tailored at your consultation.

A family of biologic treatments

Where they help most

Regenerative therapies are used to:

• Restore natural volume to the cheeks, temples, lips, and hollows under the eyes

• Improve the appearance of scars on the face and body, including acne, surgical, and traumatic scars

• Improve skin texture, fine lines, and overall radiance

• Brighten dark circles and refresh the under-eye area

• Rejuvenate the back of the hands, where ageing shows early

• Support and stimulate thinning hair on the scalp, for early to moderate hair loss

What suits you is decided together at your consultation.

Is this right for you

You may be a good candidate if you:

• Would like natural, lasting volume from your own fat rather than filler

• Have a scar on the face or body you would like to improve

• Would like to improve skin quality and texture in the most natural way available

• Have under-eye hollowing or dark circles you would like refreshed

• Have early to moderate hair thinning you would like to treat without surgery

• Are in good general health and not pregnant or breastfeeding

Biostimulators work well alongside fillers, energy-based skin tightening, and surgery as part of a wider plan. What suits you is decided together at your consultation.

Comfortable, with little downtime

A man with glasses and dark hair, wearing a light blue shirt, is talking to a woman with long wavy brown hair, sitting opposite him at a desk. The man appears to be explaining something, with his hands near his chin.

Treatment is done in clinic. Where PRP or PRF is used, a small sample of your blood is taken and prepared on the spot. Where microfat or nanofat is used, a small amount of fat is gently harvested, usually from the abdomen or thigh, and refined for injection. For a scar, the treatment is directed at the scar itself, often releasing it and placing regenerative tissue beneath. Numbing is used for comfort, and most patients return to their day with only minor swelling or redness.

A natural result that builds

There is little downtime, with some mild swelling or bruising for a few days, a little more after fat grafting. Volume from microfat is visible straight away and settles as the fat establishes itself, lasting for years. Skin and scar improvement from nanofat, PRP, and boosters builds gradually over the following weeks. A short series usually gives the fullest result for skin and scar work, while volume is often achieved in a single session.
