Endoscopic Brow Lift
Brighter, more open eyes and a naturally refreshed brow.
When your brow makes you look tired, even when you are not
Over time, the brow gradually descends. As it does, it can make the eyes look smaller and heavier, and leave you looking tired, stern, or even a little angry. Some patients notice their Botox no longer lifts the brow the way it once did. Other patients simply wish to open up the eyes and refresh the area around them. A brow lift addresses these changes at their source, by restoring the brow to a natural, refreshed position.
The endoscopic brow lift gently raises the brow, smooths the forehead, and softens the frown lines between the eyebrows, all through a few small incisions hidden within the hair.
Using an endoscope, a fine camera that lets Dr. Husain see clearly beneath the skin, the procedure is carried out with great precision. This approach allows him to:
Preserve the important nerves and vessels, supporting a smoother recovery
Protect the hair follicles, avoiding the risk of hair loss along the incisions
Keep the incisions small and hidden within the hairline, where they are imperceptible once healed
The result is a natural, refreshed brow, never pulled or surprised in appearance.
A natural lift through small, hidden incisions
Is an endoscopic brow lift right for you?
A brow lift may be right for you if:
You feel you look tired, stern, or angry when you are not
Your brow has descended and made your eyes appear smaller or heavier
You would like to open up and refresh the area around the eyes
You would like to soften the lines across your forehead and between your brows
You are in good general health
Younger patients often choose a brow lift to beautify and open the eyes, while slightly older patients may choose it as the brow descends with age, sometimes alongside a facelift. Dr. Husain will advise you at your consultation.
A natural brow position, tailored to you
Dr. Husain’s approach to the brow lift is built around a natural, refreshed result that always looks like you, never over-lifted or surprised.
The degree of lift is tailored entirely to you. For some patients, this means a gentle brow reset, returning the brow to where it sat before the effects of aging. For others, it means a slightly more lateral lift, to beautify and open up the eyes. Together you will decide what suits your features best.
The brow lift can be performed on its own, combined with upper eyelid surgery, or carried out as part of a full facelift.
The procedure is performed by Dr. Husain in a fully accredited operating room, under local anaesthesia with sedation.
A comfortable, well-supported recovery
Most patients feel socially comfortable within two weeks, by which point the early swelling has settled. Light walking is encouraged from the first day, and most patients return to light work within seven to ten days. Light cardio resumes from around two weeks, and full activity from four weeks.
Because the incisions are small and hidden within the hair, there are no visible signs of surgery as you heal. You will be seen by Dr. Husain at every follow-up, with detailed recovery guidance provided in person.
Natural, refreshed, and long-lasting
The endoscopic brow lift produces a soft, natural reset of the brow, gently opening and brightening the eyes while keeping you looking like you.
Results typically last between five and ten years, and often longer with good skin care and a healthy lifestyle. As with all of Dr. Husain’s work, the aim is a result that is quiet and natural, never obvious.
-
Natural is the entire goal. Dr. Husain tailors the degree of lift carefully to your features, so the brow is restored to a refreshed, natural position, never over-lifted or surprised. The aim is for you to look like yourself, only more rested.
-
No. The incisions are small and placed within the hair, where they are imperceptible once healed. Because the procedure is performed with an endoscope, the hair follicles are carefully preserved.
-
This is a common concern, and one Dr. Husain manages proactively. Because the procedure is endoscopic, the hair follicles are preserved, which keeps this risk low. A small amount of temporary shedding near the incisions, known as shock loss, can occasionally occur, and it almost always regrows within three to six months. Where helpful, Dr. Husain will recommend treatments to support and accelerate regrowth once the incisions have fully healed.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is one of the most important things to determine together at your consultation. In general, when the concern is heavy or excess eyelid skin, upper eyelid surgery is the answer. When the concern is a descended brow crowding the eyes, a brow lift is the better choice. Sometimes the two are combined for the most natural result.
-
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia with sedation, for your comfort and safety, and does not require general anaesthesia.

Most patients enjoy their results for five to ten years, and often longer with good skin care and a healthy lifestyle.
